SUPPORT & SOFTWARE CONTRACT: 1 year
The BumbleBear Support Contract ensures that you have everything you need to keep your Killer Queen machine operational and up-to-date. Our support staff will provide remote assistance for any technical questions you may have. Whether it’s a hardware issue, software issue, or anything in between, the Support Contract guarantees you access to timely e-mail and/or phone assistance so that you can get your cabinet back up and running in time for League Night.
The Support Contract also ensures that you stay up-to-date with the latest software updates and new content, including new maps, gameplay changes, and everything else we’re working on to make Killer Queen the best that it can bee.
Some examples of big changes that were recently made via online update:
- New flight physics, allowing for more fluid movement and competitive possibilities.
- A fix to “Berry Famine”
- The beloved Snail Bonus Map
You will have immediate access to these updates as soon as they’re released, and your community will be jazzed to know that they’re playing on the cutting edge.
Our BumbleBear Support Staff hours are Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm Central Time. Inquiries made off-hours will be addressed within 24 hours or less, depending on availability. No matter the situation, our owners and our communities are top priority for us; we’ll always try to resolve your situation as quickly as possible.
